1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Dunsborough Pool and Spa, located at 2/66 Commonage Road Dunsborough.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Dunsborough Pool and Spa, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 14th October, 2025 and closes at 5:00 PM on Friday 12th December, 2025.

• Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Spend $100 or more in-store at Dunsborough Pool and Spa during the competition period.

2. Like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DunsboroughPoolandSpa

3. Tag two friends in the comments of the competition post on our Facebook page.

• All three steps must be completed to qualify for entry.

• Multiple entries are allowed, but each must be accompanied by a separate $100+ in-store transaction and meet the full entry criteria.

• Receipts may be required as proof of purchase.

5. Prize

• The winner will receive their choice of two options:

1) Pool Prize - Zodiac Freerider FM200 Robotic pool cleaner valued at $999

2) Spa Prize – Zodiac Spa Bot SB1000 valued at $549 PLUS 1 x 45 minute spa service and $200 store credit.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in store on Saturday 13th December, 2025 at 12 noon.

• The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within 5 business days of the closing date.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

• By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and photo for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, without additional compensation.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. General

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its control.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

• By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
